  Games & Sports Events 

Our school actively participate every year in All India DAV Cluster, Zonal & National level Sports. All type of sports items & accessories available for students. School also organize Annual Sports Meet. Sports coaching for students available in school time and after school time.
Keeping in view our commitment to provide all round development to our children, we have been encouraging our children to participate in different sports & games activities at the school level, regional level and even national level. And, they have always held high the flag of Suratgarh Thermal DAV Public School (EM) by claiming winner’s position in all the events. The incessant training by the talented faculty has imbibed exuberance in our children which has re-engineered their mettle.

Sports Equipments Available for Students :

Volley Balls, Basket Balls, Badminton Rackets, Shuttlecocks & Nets, Hockey Sticks, Balls & Nets, Cricket Bats, Balls, Pads, Gloves, Stumps & Helmets, Flying Discs, Skipping Ropes, Javelines, Short Put Balls, Air Pins  sk  

Indoor Games Available for Students :

Two Tables for Table-Tennis, Stiga Balls, TT Rackets, Ludo, Carrom Board, Wooden Chess. 

Evening Practice during July to November 06:00 PM to 08:30 PM.

School fosters the concept of discipline, team work and fitness through a variety of indoor games like chess, ludo, carrom, table tennis, badminton  and outdoor games like lawn tennis, basketball, kho-kho, kabbadi, volleyball, cricket & football. Students are prepared for athletic events like discuss throw, javelin throw, shot put, long jump, 100 m & 200 m race for the participation in All India Mahatma Hans Raj Tournament and school sports meet in the coming session.

  Provision for regular periods of games is made in all classes.
